Fernando…

That day, my girl made this…

…for her lunch using one of these…

…that she had in the fridge.

She took out one…

…and carefully lined one half of it with some salad…

…and strips of pickled carrot…

…before adding the pulled roast chicken fried with sliced Bombay onions…

…and lots of Mozzarella cheese…

Finally, she folded it and keeping it down with a toothpick…

…she put it in the oven to toast, both sides till the cheese had melted…

She enjoyed that a lot and yes, she insisted that was enough for her, just right but looking at it, if I were to have that for lunch, I would probably need two, at least, or maybe three. LOL!!!

    1. Yes, she does not eat that much. Was putting on a bit of weight when she got her transfer back to town and when we could go round enjoying all the nice food but lately, stuck at home all the time, she looks like she has lost quite a bit of it.

  1. That looks really good! Your girl is such a small eater. I would need at least two of those or else I will be very unsatisfied. LOL!

  2. Looks delicious and yummy! Great idea and one of these days, gonna try to make too since only can “tapau” food and can’t dine-in.

  3. Wow, that is a nice yummy lunch! I think one piece is good enough for me… but dont mind eating lots of salad with peanuts!!
