It has not been a very good year, has it?
There was the earthquake in Christchurch, New Zealand…and the horrendous flood in Queensland, Australia and right now, Typhoon Yasi. Latest news has it that at this point in time too, there is a colossal blizzard in the US…and the list of the natural disasters and other horrific events goes on and on like it was never going to end.
Well, finally, at long last, the Year of the Ferocious Tiger has come to an end and today, the Chinese communities worldwide usher in the Year of the Rabbit – supposedly milder and gentler so hopefully, we will get to see a much better year ahead.

I will not be sharing one of those sad and touching Petronas commercials here as I reckon there have been enough tears shed and heartbreaks in the year gone past. Hopefully, this one will help in some small way to cheer everybody up during this joyful and auspicious occasion…
