I went to Sarikei on Saturday over a week ago to give a talk…

…I was on the roll for 3 solid hours with a break in between – guiding the students on how they would be able to score more/better marks in the English Language papers in the coming SPM Examination.

I was not well but recovered before my Penang/KL trip…and even though, it was not really a hectic vacation, I was somewhat worn-out when I finally came home. So I was still recuperating at the time…but for the sake of the students, I had to make my way to Sarikei and share with them my two cents’ worth. I certainly hope that some, if not all, have gained something from the talk.

When it was all over, we made our way to Sarikei town for lunch at this place…

I had just had my tooth extracted two days earlier and I found that I could not chew this…

…and surprisingly, I had a problem with this too…

I don’t think I’ve tasted anything better at the food outlets here in Sibu.

I left the house before 7 in the morning and got home around two something, absolutely exhausted. Somehow I managed to crawl wearily into bed and slept soundly for at least two hours. I think I am getting too old for this sort of things, so if anybody should ever call me again from now on, I’m afraid the answer is…NO!
